At Dulce Perfections we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy:

1. Returns & Refunds

• We do not accept returns on any perishable items.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.

• If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

2. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled or modified up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or shipping time.

• After this period, cancellations or modifications may not be possible as the baking process begins.

3. Late or Missing Deliveries

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers. However, if your order arrives late or is lost in transit, please reach out, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

4. Allergies & Preferences

• We clearly list ingredients for our products, but we are not responsible for allergic reactions. Please read product descriptions carefully before ordering.

At Dulce Perfections, we take great care in ensuring your baked goods arrive fresh and delicious. Please review our shipping details below:

1. Shipping Locations

• We only ship within the United States.

• We do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Shipping Days

• To ensure the freshness of our products, we only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

• Orders placed after our shipping days will be processed the following Monday.

3. Processing & Delivery Time

• Orders require 1-2  business days for processing before being shipped.

• East Coast & Central U.S.: Standard delivery within 2-3 business days after shipping.

• West Coast: Due to longer transit times, please allow additional time for delivery. We recommend selecting 2 day for the freshest experience.

4. Perishable Item Shipping

• We use sealed packages to maintain freshness.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the package to prevent spoilage.

• Desserts are best if consumed within 3-5 days after receiving. To maintain freshness, please refrigerate upon arrival.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

• We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, courier issues, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• If your order is delayed, please contact us, and we will assist in tracking the shipment.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue with a replacement or refund.
